If you want to understand more about the Rukai tribe and Paiwan tribe, Rinari is a good choice. In 2009 Typhoon Morakot destroyed Majia, Haocha, and Taisha tribe. These tribes left their homeland and started their new life in Rinari, meaning a place to wait for grace.
