Adventurous and very Taiwanese, too. Of course, we're in Taiwan! How is it? Really delicious and the best part of it is�XI saw you�Xthat those mangoes are actually Taiwan mangoes. What I mean by that is, they're from here. They don't ship, they don't fly. This shop is not only delicious, but also green. So how's yours? I have oolong shaved ice, panna cotta and tapioca balls, which are pearls. It��s quite interesting. So they're frozen desserts all over the world. What do you have in France? You ask me? Well we have the best ice-cream in the world, of course. Fresh cream, milk, sugar, pureed fruit that you stir and freeze, stir and freeze, until voila, la meilleur ice-cream de la monde, the best ice cream in the world. Well here in Taiwan we have the more raw kind of tastiness: basically with chunks of fresh fruit and ice practically shaved table. I have to say though, if you want luxury, of course we have that too. How does gelato Italiano sound to you? Delicioso. Tomato! And the kiwi��s like frozen kiwi. All of this for 90NT isn��t bad at all, especially considering that this might be one of the best fresh fruit gelatos I��ve ever tasted! And the best thing is, they use a natural stabilizer - white eat mushroom - it prevents the ice-cream from melting too fast, not that we will give it too much time to melt. And you know what goes best with frozen Taiwanese desserts? Hot Taiwanese summers.
